I have been in shock all week about Al's revelation. Apparently he is going to be posing as Anna Hart's new love interest. The press have been hinting that she might have been a lesbian, so Al has decided to step in (for the sake of his client) and pose for photos in Hyde park were they are kissing and laughing together.

"It's just work Elle, nothing serious. Just a bit like your column I guess." He had said.

When I spoke to Char in my lunchbreak on tuesday she was cross.

Very cross.

"But you aren't doing anything wrong for your column! You don't kiss the men you date - " She stops abruptly when I remind her about Damon.

"Well, you didnt mean to. And you certainly wouldnt have photos of you plastered all over the press kissing another person. Which is effectively what Al is going to do."

She has a point. Al's 'photshoot' is scheduled for tomorrow, which means by Friday I wil have to see photos of my boyfriend snogging and frollicking in the park with another woman.

"But there's nothing I can do Char, " I sigh, gulping down my coffee. "It's just work for him. A bit like me and the column."

Char just looks at me and sighs.
