Big Brother 2010
Tonight the housemates are faced with the biggest challenge yet in their task to ignore the obvious
By Jade Fitzgerald
Tonight Big brother will lose an important housemate. Whether you like the nominees or not there is no denying that whoever goes will be missed.
At the moment it seems like it is between Ben and Dave. Out of the two Dave is probably the most expendable, but the public don’t seem to see things through sensible eyes and it could actually be Ben who goes.
When you think about it Ben is actually one of the best housemates Big Brother has ever had. He says what he wants, he’s usually right with his thoughts on the other housemates and he’s unique in his appearance and voice. He will certainly be remembered by more people than most of the other housemates in there.
Once Dave or Ben is released from the house another person will go in. Do they need to put someone else in? No not really but they’re going to do it anyway.
Rumour has it that the new housemate will be Sam, who was one of the six people who the housemates had to choose from last week. He was the one that was not even considered, none of the housemates wanted him. The public didn’t want him either. It’s very clear the public wanted Joel. So why are Big Brother putting Sam in? Makes no sense at all – unless both Joel and Megan have decided that Big Brother isn’t for them after all.
Also tonight Jedward will perform live in the BB garden. As part of the ‘ignore the obvious’ task housemates will have to pretend they aren’t there. Surely that’s the easiest task yet – the entire nation did that every week when they were on The X Factor!
Housemates have already had to ignore their own families and friends, a stripping postman, a marching band, zombies, people dressed as gorillas, an estate agent and Marcus the voice over. So if they managed to ignore all of those (kinda) then ignoring Jedward should be a walk in the park.

I get that there are more important things going on in the world than Simon's sending the decision to deadlock. BUT...it really annoys me how much he's being going on about Jedward not deserving to be there and then he does this. I just think that it's putting his reputation of being brave, honest and straight-talking down the pan. Clearly he just wants to create PR and controversy, I imagine he makes good money from the winner regardless of whether they're in his category

Come on people get real...The twins have to go
I think Danyl's OK, but his voice is very back-of-the-mouthy and his pseudo American accent when he sings is irritating - a bit like what Robbie would like to sound like. He also pulls annoying faces after what he thinks is an epic note. I just find him annoying and over-rated
